The eight words "say less and do more, do solid work to promote enterprises" have opened a chapter in the work of all units in 2022. In 2022, in order to improve the HR professional level of each subsidiary and further familiarize itself with the company's various HR systems, the Human Resources Center will organize a training and discussion exchange meeting on human resources related systems in Changsha conference room of the joint stock company on March 4 in combination with the problems found in the 2021 HR inspection. Training around the four modules of human resources management, personnel management, performance management and training management, the heads of the four departments of the Human Resources Center of the joint-stock company are responsible for the "Regulations on the Management of Cadres of Joint-Stock Companies", "Regulations on the Management of Personnel of Joint-Stock Companies", "Regulations on the Management of Remuneration of Joint-Stock Companies", "Regulations on the Management of the Evaluation of Excellence of Joint-Stock Companies", "Regulations on the Management of Training of Joint-Stock Companies","The "teacher with apprentice" on-the-job training form "operation manual and other systems are publicized and analyzed, and point-to-point guidance is provided in combination with the problems exposed by all units of the group's HR inspection last year. After the completion of each module training, for the system is not understood or the implementation of the difficult part of the full exchange and discussion.
At the end of the meeting, Zhou Hui, director of the human resources center of the joint-stock company, put forward requirements and expectations for the personnel of the human resources system of each unit of the group. Zhou always stressed that how to be a qualified human resources manager needs to do the following aspects: first, to be an upright person and a moral person, which is the most basic and fundamental, to deal with problems in work objectively, fairly and impartially, to pay attention to professional ethics in speaking and doing things, to establish positive energy in work, and to guide employees from a positive perspective; Second, we should be people with long-term vision and strategic awareness, in the work, formulate human resources-related strategic plans based on the actual situation of the unit. Don't just look at the immediate interests, and don't care about doing it.The role of "sandwich biscuit" should look at the problem at a higher level than one's own position and have an overall view. Third, human resources is a job of dealing with people, and we must pay attention to mastering the working methods in our work. Fourth, with certain organizational ability, HR should boldly carry out work and continuously improve its organizational ability in the work. Fifth, we should learn to innovate and empathy, to deal with problems at work, we must think and solve problems from the perspective of the other party to avoid conflicts; sixth, we must have three major abilities, namely, learning ability, comprehension ability, and judgment ability. This year, the Human Resources Center also plans to carry out relevant reading activities to continuously improve the quality of human resources managers.
