The New Appearance of School-enterprise Cooperation Exhibition Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves to Reach a New High -- A Record of the First Phase Summary and the Second Phase Planning Communication Meeting between School and Enterprise on "Road and Road Class"

On the morning of October 28, 2020, Luo Mingliang, Deputy General Manager of Daodao Whole Grain and Oil Co., Ltd., Zhou Hui, Director of Human Resources Center, and Li Fangchi, Manager of Training Management Department of Human Resources Center, and currently working in the New Retail Division of Daodao Whole Foods Marketing Co., Ltd, duan Guodong, also an outstanding graduate of the first phase of "Daodao Class", together with Li Ali, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Business School of Hunan Agricultural University, Yang Yimin, Dean of the Business School, Liu Chunyang, Office Director Shi Yong, and He Zhonglian, a representative of the first phase of "Daodao Class", are in the conference room of the tenth teaching building of the Business School of Hunan Agricultural University, we jointly held a communication and discussion meeting on the achievements and feedback problems of the first phase of "Daodao whole class", aiming to lay a good foundation for the second phase of "Daodao whole class.
On April 24, 2019, Daodao Group and Hunan Agricultural University reached a strategic cooperation and signed a contract to hold the first "Daodao Full Class". It has been running for one and a half years. The school and enterprise have agreed to prepare the "Daodao Full Class". The teaching plan and series of courses are jointly organized and implemented. Although the sudden epidemic situation in the middle hindered the development of some courses and projects of the first phase of the "Dao Dao whole class", on the whole, the first phase of the "Dao Dao whole class" was successfully supported by many leaders of the school and the enterprise. In the school-enterprise cooperation, the results achieved are remarkable, mainly reflected in the following six aspects: first, zero breakthrough in the introduction of talents, and finally two students formally joined the enterprise, achieving zero breakthrough in the introduction of talents; second, accumulated valuable experience, each stage of the cooperation process has accumulated experience for running classes, laying a good foundation for continuing to run classes; third, we have deepened our understanding of the thinking of college students, and we have grasped the job-hunting trends of fresh graduates from the side, which has provided certain help for the company in recruitment skills; fourth, it has promoted the training of talents, and the first phase of the "Daodao Whole Class" The operation broadens the opportunities for school-enterprise cooperation and talent training, and at the same time reaches the effective promotion of corporate image, the cooperation of production, education and research with the Food Academy of Agricultural University has also given further opportunities for the exchange of talents between the school and the enterprise, and has continuously improved and optimized the internal quality of talents; fifth, it has explored a new path, and both schools and enterprises have invested while accumulating experience. Continuously contribute their own new thinking and new measures to talent training management; sixth, it fully reflects the high degree of matching between talents and enterprises, we conducted periodic job interviews with the recruits, and the recruits all expressed high enthusiasm and satisfaction.
Although the school-enterprise cooperation has achieved remarkable results, it has also exposed many problems. After communication and discussion between the leaders of both schools and enterprises, there are mainly the following points: First, the arrangement of courses and activities is unreasonable, and the class activities are single and not rich. Low-frequency courses and activities will reduce the enthusiasm of students; secondly, students' tracking and communication are not in place, and students' ideological dynamics are ever-changing, failure to communicate in time may lead to misjudgment of employment intention, etc. Thirdly, the school-enterprise participation in management is not strong enough. Due to the busy work of the management personnel of both sides of the school and enterprise, the management participation in the "whole class" is not enough and the attention is not meticulous. The communication between the two sides of the school and enterprise is not timely and the student dynamics cannot be captured in time. Then, the class committee did not play a leading role. Finally, the outbreak of the epidemic broke out before the start of the last semester of the senior year, which hindered the follow-up evaluation of the "whole class", and the financial incentives were not reflected. In response to these exposed problems, and at the same time, for the next phase of the "Daodao Whole Class" to be carried out more smoothly, the leaders of both schools and enterprises put forward their own opinions on the solution to the problem, and it is necessary to strengthen in-depth communication and strengthen the promotion of students. Implementation and selection, enrich the curriculum, increase investment in the "Daodao Whole Class" and establish an elimination mechanism in the student class.
The first "Daodao whole class" of school enterprise cooperation achieved the "zero breakthrough" of fresh graduates' talent introduction and accumulated valuable experience. In the future cooperation, we will actively advocate more feedback from the school, more communication from enterprises, and students to enhance their sense of mission, so as to jointly create a win-win pattern among schools, enterprises and fresh graduates, constantly innovate and break through, and make unremitting efforts to achieve a beautiful blueprint!
