Qualified products come from strict quality standards, which are the basis of quality management. This year, the Quality Management Department of the Institute of Planning and Development has unified the management of all product standards of the Group, and strengthened the publicity and implementation of internal quality standards and the exchange of external quality standards, thus taking the quality work of the Group to a new level.
With the assistance of the information center, the quality management department created a "quality management specification" shared document, which contains the implementation standards, inspection specifications and commodity bar code directory of all the company's products. The creation of this document allows each factory to check the latest quality standards of the company at any time, which not only ensures the unity and effectiveness of the group's standards, but also responds to the environmental protection needs of the company's information office. In order to strengthen the publicity and implementation of the group's standards, the quality management department launched a video special training on the "internal control standard for packaging material quality" and packaging material version management on may 29. its purpose is to help everyone get familiar with the standards and understand the standards, and to clarify the division of responsibilities of departments at all levels in the packaging material version management. In the answer and discussion session, each factory actively asked questions about the problems encountered in the actual operation process. Everyone actively communicated and discussed together, benchmarked during the discussion, and clarified relevant matters in the question and answer.
On June 18, experts from Hunan Grain Industry Association came to our company to investigate the group standard of "Hunan Rapeseed Oil". Xiong Weilin, director of research and development management department, and Zhou Qingyan, head of quality management department, received the whole process. At the meeting, we put forward constructive opinions on the group standard of "Hunan rapeseed oil", which was highly recognized by experts. At the same time, we also spoke freely and actively discussed how to create rapeseed oil with Hunan regional characteristics. The exchange of external quality standards not only increases our knowledge, but also makes us have higher requirements for ourselves.
Quality is the lifeline of enterprise development, and full quality management requires full participation and joint supervision. Quality is produced, not tested. Standardized management from the source of standards, strengthening process quality supervision, and improving the quality of all employees have always been the core content of the group's quality management work.
