Subsequently, Min Jiayi, manager of the performance management department of the Human Resources Center, explained all the existing forms of the performance information platform one by one in terms of required items, revised items, index proportion, completion time and process authority through online OA practical operation, and emphasized the matters needing attention in the use process, and conducted performance index extraction training for the problems in the current performance indicators, some simple and effective methods are provided to facilitate performance counselors to effectively carry out performance indicator extraction and review work. Finally, Manager Min publicized and explained the "Regulations on Performance Management of Joint Stock Companies" that have been revised and improved this year.
