Broadening Thinking, Creating a New Situation in 6S Management, Building Benchmarks, Boosting 6S Management to a Step-Record 2021 All-round 6S Liaison Team Building Activities

In the early summer of May, the breeze is blowing.On May 27, in order to enhance the centripetal force and cohesion of the 6S liaison team, broaden the thinking of the 6S liaison team, learn the experience of 6S in managing excellent enterprises, and accelerate the promotion of the group's 6S management work to a higher level, the Human Resources Center of the Joint Stock Company organized the 2021 6S liaison team building activity. The activity was highly supported by leaders at all levels. A total of 37 6S liaison representatives from nine companies including joint-stock company, Yueyang company and Jingjiang company participated.
In the morning, we walked into the production site of Yuanda Residential Workers and were immediately attracted by the standardized customization and logo. Under the guidance of the receptionist, we put on our safety helmets and began to visit and learn from the production site. The division of operation area, fixed area and kanban area is in good order. Everyone picked up their cameras and recorded every corner of the production site with a learning attitude. After visiting the production site, Yuanda Resident arranged a theme course for us to share according to our visiting needs.-6S Site Management. This course specially invited Mr. He Rongtuo, IE engineer of Yuanda Residential Worker, to give us a detailed description of 6S management and even the application and implementation of 8S management in Yuanda Residential Worker. This course has a rare opportunity. The visiting delegates listened attentively and recorded the key points. At the same time, they actively exchanged and discussed with He Laoshi after the course, and made suggestions on how to carry out their own 6S work.
The morning activity ended successfully after everyone tasted the rich lunch in the far-reaching residential canteen. We came to the afternoon activity site with full harvest. Taking this group building activity as an opportunity, Zhou Hui, director of the human resources center of the joint-stock company, specially arranged a seminar during the itinerary to listen to the variousThe 6S liaison officer's feelings after visiting Yuanda Residential Workers in the morning and the problems found by various subsidiaries during the implementation of 6S management and the areas for improvement, exchanged and shared how to do a good job in 6S management. Qiao Wanxia, Wu Yong, Liu Tingli and others shared their feelings and put forward suggestions on how to promote the management of Daoquan 6S. Finally, Mr. Zhou put forward the direction of 6S management and the expected effect-learning and using, adjusting measures to local conditions, and letting a hundred flowers blossom!
Next, everyone divided into housework group and cooking group to play games according to their own strengths, and competed for the ingredients for dinner for their own group through physical and mental competition. The members of the cooking team showed us their superb cooking skills, so that each dish can be effectively combined.The artistic conception of 6S has both color and fragrance. The group building activities reached a climax in the joint toast at the dinner, and in the common toast, we firmly decided to make the 6S management work move forward to a higher, better and stricter goal.
6S management has been implemented in Daodao Group for nearly ten years. This year, the company will build its own benchmark factory, adhering to the 6S management concept of "only beginning, not ending; Only forward, not backward".
