TPM Equipment Management and Maintenance Training Adopt "4+1" New Mode
On October 29, 2019, the Human Resources Center of the Joint Stock Company organized a training on TPM equipment management and maintenance. This training adopts the new "4 1" training mode, I .e. four video training sub-venues and one face-to-face training main venue. The branch venues are respectively located in Changsha area of the joint-stock company, Mianyang company, Chongqing company and Nanjing company, and the main venue is located in Yueyang company. The adoption of this new model not only reduces the cost, but also records the training course video throughout the process, which is also convenient for after-school employees to further consolidate the learning content and improve the sustainability of training and learning.
The content of this course focuses on the knowledge of equipment maintenance, aiming at continuously strengthening the staff's TPM equipment maintenance concept, introducing a three-level maintenance system (primary maintenance, secondary maintenance and equipment overhaul) from routine maintenance, so as to ensure the safe operation of equipment in all aspects. During the training, the lecturer explained in detail how to do a good job in the "lifetime" management of equipment: establishing equipment files and equipment resumes; Using ERP information mode, manage the planning, design, manufacturing, installation, debugging, use, maintenance, scrapping, secondment and other links of equipment. Do a good job of inventory and spare parts list to protect the inherent assets. At the same time, the lecturer also emphasized the need to strengthen education, training, and training of equipment and technical personnel, so that they can become the company's industrial talents, and maintain the "four zeros" goals of equipment management through the joint efforts of everyone, namely zero disasters, zero failures, zero defects, Zero waste.
