From April 22 to 26, the fourth training camp for new employees of the joint stock company was successfully held. A total of 41 new employees from the centers, departments, planning and Development Research Institute and subsidiaries of the joint-stock company participated in the activity.
The training camp closely focuses on the company's spiritual culture, core values, general management knowledge, job skills and other contents to conduct comprehensive training for new employees. Through the study, the students have a clear understanding of the company's talent training and development plan and their own career development goals, and further clearly understand and master the company's rules and regulations, code of conduct, management measures, job responsibilities and requirements. According to the characteristics of the students' composition and the needs of their post work, this training camp has optimized the curriculum, and added courses such as "PPT Production and Document Application" and "6S Management Work Sharing", so that the training can more intuitively present the work appearance and be closer to the actual work content on the basis of theoretical study. While improving the students' post work ability and skills, it also improves the comprehensive quality of the students.
In the five-day training camp activities, all the students learn together to exchange, share the proceeds; participate in the movie together, make dumplings and other activities; together in the group building activities to strive for the first; together to the camp flag solemn oath ...... Everyone from the initial stranger into a friend who talks about everything, from the initial individual cohesion into a team of concerted efforts, we grow together in the dribs and drabs.
In his speech at the closing ceremony, Luo Mingliang, deputy general manager of the joint-stock company, put forward four expectations to all the students: first, he should cultivate his own ability, constantly improve his professional quality and ability, and be able to speak, write, learn and do, in order to adapt to the development of the company; second, he should have a good mentality. He may encounter many setbacks and difficulties when he has just joined the company and started a new workplace life, only when you know how to stick to it and not shrink back can you succeed. Third, you must have a team spirit. With the development of society and the intensification of competition, work goals and tasks need to be completed by the team. A person with strong ability but no spirit of cooperation cannot stay long in a company. Finally, you must learn to learn, no matter what kind of education you have and how many years of work experience you have in the workplace, it is also necessary to keep up with the development of the times through endless learning. Learning must be long-term persistence, learn to be a person, and learn to do things.
