At the invitation of the leaders of Hunan Agricultural University, Director Zhou Hui of the Human Resources Center gave an enterprise presentation to students from Agricultural University, the Business School of Forestry Science and Technology University, the Academy of Food Sciences and other departments. At the presentation, Mr. Zhou introduced in detail the company's development history, company brand image, corporate values and talent concepts, described the company's development blueprint to the students, and elaborated the career development plan of outstanding talents in the company, which won rounds of applause. After the lecture, Zhou always kindly and patiently answered the questions that the students were concerned about. Through this presentation, the Human Resources Center has made a good interpretation and promotion of the company's brand image and management philosophy, and enhanced the popularity and brand influence of "Dao Dao Quan" on campus, which was welcomed by the students.
Three initial results, double favor
Through a series of visits and preaching work, the company's brand image and talent concept have been favored by school leaders and students. The relevant departments of the school actively recommend fresh graduates with excellent professional and comprehensive quality to the company. As of early December, the Human Resources Center has participated in 3 double-selection meetings for college graduates and 2 to be attended. Through the school recommend and double selection meeting, the company has harvested about 200 high-quality fresh graduates with bachelor's degree or above, including nearly 30 graduate students, accounting for about 7%.
4. Lay a Solid Foundation and Cultivate Fruits
This visit to colleges and universities is a solid step for the company to establish a comprehensive "industry-university-research" cooperation with colleges and universities, reserve and absorb outstanding talents for the company, build a high-quality workforce, and improve the level of scientific research and management. At the same time, it also reflects that the company attaches great importance to university human resources, scientific research resources, and cultural resources, and incorporates school-enterprise talent docking and mutual assistance in production and research into the company's overall planning and key human resources work.
In December, the Human Resources Center will also conduct targeted visits to several well-known universities outside the province to implement human resources work on campus, so that the "Dao Dao Quan" brand image and talent concept will take root on campus.
